Confab Laboratories, a Canadian CMO, became C-TPAT accredited in November, 2006. C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is a program that insures the security of all commercial trading in the U.S. This allows all certified participants of the commercial supply chain to cooperate with the U.S. Customs and save a considerable amount of time and effort in their trans-border transactions, according to a company statement.
